HOUSE HOLD MEASURES

|Lemon juice||1 whole lemon|
|Red chilli flakes||1 Tbsp|
|Mustard powder||½ tsp|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tbsp||15g|
|Dried parsley||¼ tsp|
|Olive oil||½ Tbsp||8g|
|Finely sliced onion||1 no||50g|
|Finely sliced capsicum||½ cup||50g|
|Finely sliced tomatoes||½ cup||50g|
|Finely chopped cabbage||½ cup|
|Boiled green peas||Fistful||15g|
|Boiled sweet corn||Fistful||15g|
|Fresh parsley||For garnish|
|Ground pepper||To taste|
|Lemon Juice||½ tsp|
- Marinate the paneer cubes with lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder, mustard powder and dry parsley and salt for 30 mins.
- Combine sesame seeds and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Coat both the sides of the paneer in this and place them on a greased baking tray or a grill.
- Grill the paneer in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins, till the paneer attains a light brown shade
- Sauté the vegetables for salad, season with salt, arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle some parsley on top and place the grilled paneer fajitas on the salad. Serve hot with salsa.
