Welcome and Congratulations on taking the first step towards a healthy lifestyle through Zumba Fitness.

To begin with we will chart out a schedule for you so that it’s easier for you to understand and be prepared on a journey with us.


Assessment and Enrollment:

Fitness Assessment Dates: August 5th, 7th & 8th, 2013 – (Any 1 Day)

Assessment Timings: 1900hrs to 2100hrs


Classes Details:

Zumba Classes: From August 12, 2013 Monday

Class days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Class Timings: 1930hrs to 2030hrs

Venue:  Sitara Studio, Opp. India Bulls Finance Centre, Next to Tilak Bhavan, Kakasaheb Gadgil Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India 400025

Weight measurements and Fitness parameters

On August 5th, 7th and 8th we would be taking details of weight, measurements & other fitness parameters.

We would include:

1. Weight
2. Fat percentage
3. Muscle mass
4. Water content
5. Inches
6. Endurance
7. Strength
8. Flexibility
9. Balance
10. Stress

and a short diet recall

Important Guidelines:

1.   Wear comfortable gym clothing

2.   Carry gym shoes

3.   Carry a bottle of water and napkin

4.   Any meal should be consumed one hour prior to the class

5.   Don’t take any heavy meals or snacks before the class

At the end of your fitness assessment and completion of all other formalities, the course fees would be collected.
